Danie van Zyl is a highly qualified Aircraft Technician with over 4 decade’s worth of experience. He qualified as an Aircraft Technician with South African Airways in 1977 and worked in the Aircraft Maintenance
devision on aircrafts such as Boeing, Airbus and Hawker Sidley 748 for the next 16 years. After completing his B-Comm degree he bought an Auto Engineering Company which he operated and managed very successfully for 15 years. During this time he was directly involved with the engineering, machining, assembly and dyno testing of a variety of petrol and diesel engines.

Ronell van Zyl has had a love of flying since a 1983 when she successfully completed her Private Pilots License (PPL) now expired. This love and her extensive experience in the corporate industry has placed her in a
perfect position to manage all things financial and admin related at FlyJab. Ronell started off her career as a Credit Control Manager and later as National Sales Manager within the Plastics Industry. She is an
ISO 9000 accredited Internal Auditor and is using these qualifications to successfully manage FlyJab’s finances.
Ronell is responsible for all admin duties relating to FLyJab such as, book keeping, all admin, communication and submission of documentation regarding ATFs, Change of Ownership, Night Rating and CAA inspections.

Marno Botha comes from an IT background where he was the National Relationship Manager for a website based company in the Insurance Industry, he was also responsible for the country wide training.
He successfully completed his Private Pilots License (PPL) as well as his AP license on Normal Aspirated Horizontally apposed piston engines. At FlyJab, Marno works alongside Danie in the hanger and represents FlyJab as a critical cru member on post maintenance test flights. Marno is the go to person for anyone who is selling or looking to buy a Jabiru Aircraft, his knowledge of the aircrafts as well as the pilots allows him to match the perfect aircraft to its pilot.

FlyJab’s mission is to be of service to the Jabiru community within South Africa and neighbouring countries. Our priority is to provide all of our clients with high quality service and the peace of mind that their aircraft is in the best condition possible. We aim to provide the most reliable, friendly and timely service to all our clients. Our focus lies with out clients and
their aircrafts, we believe that through excellent service and quality workmanship our clients will leave with not only satisfaction but with the reassurance that their airplanes are in tip top condition.

Our vision is to be the go-to service provider for the Jabiru community. We want to be able to provide sustainable support for any Jabiru owner that may need us. FlyJab aims to participate in the development of high quality, reliable, and affordable products that would benefit all
